How synthetic credits behave during current product testing.
Closed-loop test credits
Viewer credits are non-transferable test units with no cash value. Model earnings are separate synthetic fiat-denominated ledger entries, not a conversion or viewer cash-out mechanism.
Session settlement
The free preview creates no charge. Stay explicitly starts paid state only after a successful reserve. The server settles consumed seconds, releases unused holds, pauses billing during authoritative media loss, and performs an idempotent final settlement.
Adjustments
Local refund and dispute workflows create exact compensating ledger entries rather than editing balances. The product owner supplies final production refund eligibility and selected-provider procedures.
